At Parthenon Foods, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their gourmet international selections. Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we offer a flexible return policy on non-perishable items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
