Directions for making coffee:
1 - For each cup desired, measure one demitasse cup of cold water into a briki or narrow-Ā necked coffee pot.
2 - Add one teaspoon each of coffee and sugar to taste. Stir well.
3 - Bring to a boil over medium heat.
4 - As coffee begins to rise, remove from heat and pour into demitasse cups, dividing the foam equally between each cup.
NOTE: Coffee should not be stirred once it has been poured.
