Apricot paste is a common pastry filling used in the Middle East. It is also a popular feature on an antipasto platter, a delicious compliment with cheeses.  

Ingredients: apricots, sugar, citric acid, water, corn starch, olive oil, sulfur and Beta Karoten, (apricot flavor).  Packaged on shared equipment that also packages wheat, tree nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds.
