Bas Hot Ajvar Pronounced "bah-sh", or bash, this is simply a wonderfully hot ajvar, a Macedonian staple. Ajvar can be served as a dip with crusty bread, on crackers, or raw vegetables. Use as a sandwich spread alone or mixed with vegan mayo. Stir into warm pasta. It is a great substitute for ketchup! Pasteurized.
